Too Many Notes

November 20th 2006
Samba funk, Sufjan Stevens and a tribute to Lewis Taylor; this edition of Royal Groove features some not so common artists in one fine mix.

Starting with some serious New Orleans grooves by the opent in een nieuw venster Lefties Soul Connection and the Pointer Sisters, then heading south for some Brazilian cuts and with groovy tributes to both Lewis Taylor and the fab four. Finally, we go back to the Dutch VARA studio where Mark Murphy recorded some tracks with the Louis VanDyke Trio, and you can check out some spacy stuff by the opent in een nieuw venster Xaver Fischer Trio. The real end of the show is by opent in een nieuw venster Alice Russell and Zap Mama.

Dig & enjoy!
