The Essentials
People always ask me where to start when they are new to the genre of funk, soul, jazz, bossa, etc. That's why, somewhere way back in 2000, I have created a list of what I thougth were essentials in the genre.
I actually forgot about the list. Untill recently; the other day I ran into 
this website (don't ask why), and there it was, my list of essentials. Still pretty okay, don't you think?
